Technical Assistance and Capacity Building RFQ

This RFQ, issued by DCYF on January 10, 2024 on behalf of all City Departments, is seeking qualified suppliers to provide proposals for technical assistance, capacity building, and professional development services to improve the quality of services for all children and youth across six service areas.

  • Question Submission Period Ends - Wednesday, January 17, 2024 by 5PM. The Question Submission Period for the RFQ has closed. DCYF staff will no longer answer any questions about the RFQ.

  • Answers to Questions Posted - Monday, January 29, 2024 by 5PM on this page

  • Proposals Due - Friday, February 9, 2024, 5PM

  • Notice of Intent to Establish Prequalified Pool - Thursday, April 4, 2024, 5PM

  • Period for Protesting Notice of Intent to Establish Prequalified Pool - Within three (3) business days of City's issuance of a Notice of Intent to Award

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To apply in response to this RFQ please submit proposals to ta-rfq@dcyf.org by February 9, 2024, 5:00 P.M. Proposals will not be accepted after this deadline.
