2012 Summer Coverage Plan Released
Posted Date: 6/22/2012

The San Francisco Community Response Network (CRN) is a comprehensive street outreach and crisis response model that embraces a collaborative approach to prevent and respond to youth-to-youth related violence in several high-risk and high-need neighborhoods throughout the city. The CRN is funded and supported by DCYF and several other city departments.

The 2012 Summer Coverage Plan describes the specific activities and plans for street outreach efforts in San Francisco. The plan details the roles and responsibilities of each community-based partner and city department from June to August of 2012, and covers all of the main geographical areas of San Francisco, including targeted "hot spots" (otherwise known as targeted areas of high incidences of homicides and violence as identified by SFPD).
